FrameScope is run by its editor, Game Panda (電玩小熊貓). Email is the only contact channel, and every message is read by a person.

Corrections and requirement updates

Publishers change requirements after patches, and hardware comes in many variants (desktop and laptop versions, different memory sizes). If something on a page looks wrong, please include:

• The FrameScope page URL.
• What looks wrong, in a sentence or two.
• If possible, an official source: the Steam store page, publisher patch notes or the manufacturer's specification page.

Missing games or hardware

Tell us the game's Steam store link or the exact hardware model, including whether it is a desktop or laptop part. Requests are added in batches.

Citations and other enquiries

You are welcome to cite FrameScope pages with attribution and a link to the source page. For advertising or other business enquiries, start the subject line with “[Business]”. FrameScope does not sell verdicts, rankings or sponsored placements.

What we cannot help with

FrameScope is not affiliated with Steam, Valve, game publishers or hardware manufacturers, so we cannot help with purchases, refunds, accounts or warranty claims. Please never send passwords or account details.
